HARLEDA began as a desktop finance application. Built by finance broker Ram Aruna, it focused on the work close to the desk: gathering client details, calculating income and preparing branded client documents.
That practical starting point led to a bigger question: why should one client journey need so many separate systems?
A CRM to manage opportunities. Another tool for referral partner conversations. Another for document requests. Another for signing. Each serves a purpose, but moving between them can mean entering the same information more than once, spending more time on administration and paying for multiple subscriptions.
HARLEDA Platform grew from the idea of bringing those everyday workflows together, with clearer communication and fewer disconnected steps.
Today, HARLEDA Desktop and HARLEDA Platform each have their own focus, guided by the same purpose: building practical software around the work brokers actually do.
Built by a broker. Shaped by the day-to-day realities of broking.
