Why should one client journey need so many separate systems?
A question from the founder’s own experience as a finance broker.
HARLEDA began as a desktop finance application, built by a broker to support the practical work of gathering client details and working through figures. That starting point led to a broader challenge: the everyday work of broking often happens across separate tools. Managing opportunities, communicating with referral partners, collecting documents and arranging signatures can mean moving repeatedly between systems.
Each tool serves a purpose. Bringing the work together is the opportunity.
Founded by finance broker Ram Aruna, HARLEDA is being developed to connect the journey from the initial referral and first conversation through to applications, client budgets, document requests and signing.
The aim is continuity: clearer communication, less repeated information and greater visibility over the next step. Clients can complete their application on a phone or tablet, while referral partners have a dedicated place to stay connected.
HARLEDA continues to be developed, tested and refined. The product film shows genuine interactions using fictional demonstration data. The pilot waitlist is open for HARLEDA Platform and HARLEDA Desktop.

Can I join the pilot now?
We’re building the waitlist for both HARLEDA Platform and HARLEDA Desktop. Choose Platform, Desktop or both in the form above. We’ll contact you as places become available, arrange a walkthrough and confirm suitability before offering access. Pilots will be free for two weeks to one month, with exact duration agreed before you start. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place, a start date or immediate access.
Can I book a demo immediately?
Yes. Choose an available time on our Google Calendar booking page for a 30-minute walkthrough via Google Meet. Availability is Monday–Saturday, 8 am–8 pm Sydney time, with 24 hours’ notice. A calendar invitation and Meet link are generated after booking. You can also send a demo enquiry if you prefer a personal follow-up.
How are my enquiry details used?
HARLEDA collects your name, email, business name, enquiry and source so the founder can respond about your pilot waitlist registration, a demo or a brokerage introduction. Submissions are stored in this website’s database on OpenAI Sites infrastructure and are available through a restricted founder inbox. Please don’t submit financial documents or sensitive client information. For access, correction or deletion requests, email info@harleda.com.au. We use Google Workspace to send an enquiry acknowledgement to you and an alert to the founder. Delivery can occasionally fail; your enquiry remains saved in the private inbox. This does not subscribe you to marketing. We also collect aggregate page views, form starts, enquiry totals and booking-link clicks by page and source. We do not store IP addresses, full referring URLs, advertising identifiers or unique visitor IDs in these measurements. Source attribution uses tab-only session storage; no tracking cookies are set. We honour browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for browser activity measurements. Booking clicks do not confirm appointments. Calendar bookings are handled separately by Google Calendar, which collects your booking details and sends the appointment invitation.
